Hi friends! My husband probably thinks this is hilarious, but I get a ton of requests for recipe details. It’s funny because I don’t really cook, at least not nearly was much as he does😬 I do want to share this gem though because it’s yummy, easy and WW friendly!
Easy ‘Homemade’ Pizza
Ingredients:
-Fresh Pizza Dough from Trader Joe’s (Garlic or Traditional) – 3 WW points per serving
-Tomato Sauce
-Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder & Italian Seasoning
-Trader Joe’s Shredded Mozzarella – (3 WW points per serving)
-Toppings of your choice: I use pineapple, fresh garlic, olives, banana peppers, onions, Turkey Pepperoni, etc. …basically anything that is 0 or low points
Directions:
-Pre-heat your oven to 385 (the directions on the dough say 350, but I’ve found the perfect temp and time for a crispy crust is 385 for 20 minutes).
-Roll out the dough as directed on the package on a cookie sheet or pizza pan.
-Mix your tomato sauce and seasoning to make a 0 point, easy pizza sauce (most are loaded with sugar).
-Spread the pizza sauce on with a spoon and cover with shredded cheese and your toppings.
-Bake for 20 minutes and that’s it!
It’s that easy! It’s delicious, even our kids love it, and I usually only use 10-14 WW points per meal, which is way less than frozen or delivery pizza. Let me know what you think and thanks for stopping by!
xoxo,
