It’s officially summer! I mean, here in Texas it’s been summer for three months already, but who’s counting?? I’ve teamed up with Walmart again to show you guys how easy it can be to completely refresh your spaces and give them a summer twist that will make you feel like you’re on vacation 24/7. Well…you may not feel like you’re vacation, but your house will look like it😉
This time around I decided to update our bedroom and give it that summer resort feel. Walmart has some great bedding options and I was so impressed with how soft and comfortable this new quilt set was.
I also grabbed these blue pinstripe sheets because, how could I not? Aren’t they cute? And they just screamed summertime to me. Blue and white is always my favorite combo this time of year and I love a pop of color in the sheets because our blanket is usually a bright white.
This boho tray and retro flatware were also fun additions for when the kids insist on brining us bed in breakfast for holidays. I mean, it’s sweet and all, but for Mother’s Day shouldn’t you get to sleep in a little bit? 🤣 These pieces will also be great for outdoor entertaining as well. The tray can double as decor and the flatware is light and durable – perfect for backyard dinners.
I’ve linked all of these summer pieces below and a few other fresh decor that I’m loving at Walmart right now. What are you favorite spaces to refresh during summertime? Thanks for stopping by, friends!
