Book Review: Becoming Mrs. Lewis

Another one for the favorites shelf! I came across Becoming Mrs. Lewis by Patti Callahan in Hobby Lobby, having never heard of it before, and I’m so glad I did. It’s truly incredible.

Never mind the opportunity to peak inside the private life of C.S. Lewis (one of the best minds of our time and a man who lived for Christ personally and professionally) and the woman who he loved, it’s wonderfully written. It’s intelligent, entertaining and incredibly insightful. It’s a love story, of the unlikeliest kind really, that will inspire you to believe in eros again. And you certainly don’t have to be a fan of C.S. Lewis to enjoy this book, but I challenge you not to be by the time you’re done with it.

If you can’t tell already, I adored it – and I’m rather sad it’s over. Don’t hesitate to buy this one!
