Hello lovelies! Who else is more excited about spring than they should be? As I get older, I’m more and more convinced spring is my favorite season. I think the spring awakening of this beautiful earth is one of God’s greatest blessings. How incredible is it to see the trees come alive this time of year? Not to mention, the blooming flowers, smell of sweet rain in the air and bursts of neon sunshine…it just gets me every. single. year.
This year I’ve decided to do our garden up big outdoors, so I’m bringing that theme inside. Welcome to our indoor garden…
If you’ve been following me for any amount of time (seriously, it takes about five minutes to notice) you know that I’m a plant freak. Plant lady, plant enthusiast, gardener…those all sound much cooler, but let’s be honest. I’m a freak about these things.
In years past, I’ve really focused on having a lot of fresh flowers in the house during spring and while I still adore a pretty vase of tulips or ranunculus I’m not planning on filling the house with them every week. Even though I can find them for just a few dollars at Trader Joe’s that’s still money spent every week on something that eventually dies. I like the idea of adding more plant babies that will last instead.
Our living room is home for most of the plants and I also switched up the gallery wall. It has a modern, fresh twist now and I love it.
These beautiful folhaus wall hangings are from Doce Lar.
Aren’t those little plants cute? I mixed Heart Ferns & Spikemoss in this concrete planter from Magnolia.
Our gorgeous boho wall hanging is from Le Lo Boho.
I finally found a beautiful Jade plant and adore the earthy combo of it with this wooden planter…also from Magnolia.
A new sign from my favorite sign shop Handmade Haven Sign Co. completes our re-vamped gallery wall…
Here are some peeks of spring in the rest of our home…
Thank you so much for stopping by and taking a look at our spring home! I hope to spend most of this season in the garden with my family. I hope your spring is full of sunshine, flowers and slow days.
